Message ID: #828 wrecker Puppy Points: Posts: 11 very very happy Posted: 10 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 0   Just a quick note..I am a new dog owner,and for the last 1 1/2 years my little shitzue thought of me as a 210lbs chew toy! My wife one day saw brad's t.v. show,and things changed for the better...Took all of Brad's training from the show,bought a martingale collar and a 6 ft. lease..My wife and i are now the alpha's in the house and maggie has turned into the best mannered little dog we could ever hope for. She is walked 2 hours aday everyday,eats properly,she has no more treats,but does all her tricks and comands because she wants to. This weekend during our sat. walk we had 3 different people stop us to mention that maggie was very well manered.. Thanks to Brad and his show we now have a cute little buddy... Its great to hear of small dog owners taking responsibility and training their dog without treats, I can't tell you how many times I have heard small dog owners excuse their poorly behaved pets because they are small. Small dogs need to learn respect and recognize the Alphas in their household just as much as the big dogs....they are all canines after all, regardless of size! Good job, keep up the hard work...
