Just wondering if anyone else has lost weight training their dog(s), doing Brad's crazy training running through the trees and fields, etc and even just half jogging/ half walking around the block?

So far it has been two weeks and I have lost 3 lbs ! And I haven't even been able to do the 6 legs stuff yet. Looking forward to my back healing and being able to learn that! Can't wait to see how far this can take me...


Thanks Brad- who knew? Can't wait for you to make me work hard again on the 30th...hehe.

Well while Brad was only here for 1 weekend the following few days i continued the running (then had to slow it down because of shin splints) and i had lost around 5 lbs so yup it works Mike even commented and asked if I had lost weight LOL Brads methods not only train our dogs but get our butts firmed up too THANKS BRAD!!!!

I have decided to start that again once all the snow and ice is pretty much gone. I'm a big big chicken when it comes to ice! I noticed in Ottawa Bayley was like Wow Mom you're running with me!!! She kept checking like it was such a big thing for her so I've decided to start doing that, slow at first of course and then building up. I also plan on doing our local HS Paws for Claws Walk this fall! And any other dog and people walks I can find in this area.

That's so funny as I was going to start the same thread. Im currently doing the nutrisystem and let me tell you, I had great results with the week after Brad was here. I since pulled a muscle so I can barely bend over My poor old body is not used to such abuse.....sooo, Ive had to scale back a bit. But next week. Im back on track with the exercise and new runners
