Having Great Danes, there isn't many people to talk with about my breed, so I just want to make it clear i'm not opposed to the idea, just seems like ALOT of resources for the site to list EVERY breed.

Trying to make this clearer

What you're asking is (??) under Questions section do a category for Behavior to go along with Puppies, Seminars, heath, training ETC.. ???
So that way its contained and people can make threads on a specific breed or behavioral issue/question?? Not necessarily make an entire section on Breed Specifics and list all the breeds.

I have a mixed breed as well and while a dog is a dog some breeds do have certain quirks that others do not, huskies howling and being quite vocal for example. I think it would be interesting just to see which breed is inspiring some of the little quirks Willow has, such as her licking obsession, lol.

Yes some do have quirks im not saying that they dont however i think its just as easy for you to associate with the breeds if its posted with the breed name in the Park as it would be to start an entire section solely for specific breeds because the MODS would have to be constantly adjusting the breeds cause if there is not all the breeds then other people will be trying to get their breed put in as well that is the only point! Good point made above as well if your researching a breed the best people to talk to are the breeders!! I guess my main point is its not broke so why fix it??

EXACTLY! Thank you. Scott should be able to understand that wording of the concept.
Okay Scott, you basically misunderstood and should not have asked which breed to list...It\'s literally as already stated, under Questions, make a sub-category \"dog breed, pure breed, breed specific, personality, etc.)

WOW,that will be cool.
German Shepherds!
I think this will be a great place for all breed and croosbred/hybred questions. I have german shepherds,I show and breed them and we an Australian shepherd/Collie cross. And I still know a about most breeds,as Dogs are my life. And would love to answere and help others with the questions.

Were labs on the list yet? They have their own rediculous tendencies, i'd love to hear other people have the same kind of issues with them. : )

It seems to me that whenever some proud owner posts a question or comment, they always mention the breed.
Most of the regulars here know each others dogs almost as well as their own.
