I have to say that some of Mable's transformations were instant, such as attacking people at the door, she got the door slammed in her face once (interruption) and she never did it again. The little things mattered a lot too, like you go through the door first, up the stairs first ect. The other stuff did and still does take time, but consistancy is what worked so well. There was a lot of off camera training that Brad did with me... who'da thought that going downtown for a latte would turn into a training session

At one point I walked her downtown and across streets with no leash which you didn't see on the show, I could not believe it was the same dog. but the biggest difference I noticed was that as soon as Mable had more friends, she was so HAPPY! Her tail would wag, and you could just tell she was excited to see what new things we were going to do on any given day. I was also reluctant about the doggie daycare, but if you find a reputable place, you realize what a good thing you're doing for your dog, and for me it was the only alternative. Also the martingale collar that Brad gave to me made probably the biggest change, as I went from not being able to take her on a leash at all to feeling comfortable enough to take her out with that set up. I know I sound like an advertisment, but I can only recommend what has worked for me...
Overall it was one of the highlights of my life, Brad is who you see and it is so refreshing to find someone who doesn't b-s. I get a big kick out of the fact when I watch end of my leash, Mable hears Brad's voice and looks everywhere for him. If he says sit on the show, she will immediately... so funny. The man knows his stuff!
