Any one interested in setting one up please let me know.

I live near King/Bathurst. Trinity-Bell woods park would be okay.

GuardianPeggy, it was so nice to meet both of you today, and we clearly can see our dogs need friends. I live out in Whitby, so a somewhere in between would be nice, so we could get a nice group together! I would love to get a group of us together!

I would like to have some play dates for my puppy too. We are near Avenue Rd & Davenport Rd (a few blocks north of where the Toronto seminar was held). Any one interested in getting together in this area please let me know. Also let me know if you are setting up meetings/playdates in your neighbourhood send me an e-mail and I will see if we can make it. It would be good for us to parctice the things we learned and help each other get into better habits. TTC accessible is best for me as I do not have a vehicle.

Hello All,
I live in Scarborough but I do not mind travelling with TTC distance to meet up and do a walk/date it has to be a Sun, Mon, Tues or Wed

Ok lets actually plan this.

I am tempted to use my park in the area (Trinity Bellwoods), but I am thinking we should use that massive one High Park. I love that area.

Or we can hit the ravine near St.Clair and Spadina.

Or we can hit one of the small parks west of Young street. I was a neighbourhood dog walker in that area so I know my route. Whatever park it is, Guardian and I will promise to walk there (up to a 1 hr walk), play and walk home.

I was thinking Sunday, Feb 24. Around 1pm or so.

I will arrange this so if you have any problems with location let me know.

Just putting this out there...there's a new fenced dog park at Sherbourne and Carlton (Allen Gardens north). There are always lots of dogs there (despite that it's not yet finished being built). Molly and me (Matt) are there quite often, and all of the other owners/guardians that visit there are quite nice)

Hey Guys, like oreosmom, my wife and I live in whitby. Although, it would be great if our 2 boys could have some friends. We should set something up for weekends, I still need to see how my better half feels about going into the city, but I do not forsee a problem, she's cool with everything.

Hope to meet soon!

Allan Gardens dog park scares me, Matt LOL! I took our pup there a couple weeks after we got her, hoping for some good socialization in the 'small dog/puppy' section of the park... she ended up getting aggressed and attacked, so I avoid it now like the plague lol.... Mind you, it'll be a great dog park once they finish the construction.. but the people that frequent that park are a mixed crew - good, intelligent people who keep control over their dogs, but there are some questionable, 'Regent Park' types that hang out there, on God knows what drug or alcoholic beverage, and let their misbehaving dogs tear up the place lol...

A great dog park, especially now that the weather's getting better, is Kew Beach. It's a fenced-in off-leash park, huge, and has a few sand beach areas where the dogs can romp and swim. Cherry Beach is great too, but there isn't an off-leash park there...

If anyone is interested in Kew any week-end - either a Saturday aft of Sunday - let me know!

Hi Peggy:

I'm not sure whether the Allan Gardens dog park is open at the moment. I walked Jessie by there just yesterday - it was 7 p.m. and nobody was in it. Construction still isn't complete, so maybe the workmen were tired of the dog people breaking in there early lol...
