Keymo got his first raw egg last night.
What a sight!
I don't know how he managed to get it out of his bowl and onto his carpet without breaking it!
But once there, he nuzzled it gently and it rolled about a foot away. He had quite the puzzled look on his face - you know, where the ears go forward and the head turns to the side , like "What the ???"
He tried to pick it up again after I told him to get it back on his carpet, and I guess he was in a hurry because he poked a hole in it with one of his teeth.
the sound made him drop it and it started to ooze. His licked it, but when he did, it rolled agin. So he licked up the egg, then it rolled, he licked, it rolled - etc. until it was empty.
Then he cracked it with his paw and licked the inside the ate the shell.
It was funny to watch his face "Soft bones eh Keymo?"
I must have looked like a deer in the headlights myself.
It was so fun to watch!
