Michelle

We were sitting a few people down from you! At the end when everyone was buying leashes and collars, I was right beside that table. I was going to introduce myself, but you were talking with GuardianPeggy about Peggy, so I didn\'t want to interrupt!

I have a couple of pictures when Brad had the kids in the middle of the room--great shots of the backs of their heads!!

Go back to his facebook page--it was still there a couple of hours ago (around 7 p.m.). It\'s his status sentence.

Congrats to all of Kitchener or is it KW?

hahahahhaha I was so pumped to be working with an energetic group. I loved the energy the room had and look forward to a future seminar.

The Fundraiser for Saybel was a success. I donated $5000.00 to the cause. Thank you to all of you who participated.

Meagan Canada, you two kids make me very proud, it was a pleasure working with two kids who set a standard of what most children should be and that is learning to be responsible. Never forget where you learn your manners and charm, you can thank your parents.

The two of you are the future for dogs and cats. You will be great ambassadors for pets if you continue on the path you are on today. I wish the two of you fun learning and look forward to hearing your parents speak proud of your coming success.

To everyone else who attended, you guys made me laugh and the fact that you allowed me to go on and on and on until 10:30 and tolerate me was very kind..........lol

Hope to see you all soon, just so you know its 5:54 am Saturday morning and I am writing this as I wait to board my flight back to Calgary, see you all soon.

Cheers, Brad

Brad,

It was a great night and honestly, if we could have a few latte's, I would have stayed another couple hours. The people were great and the kids were involved and having fun. It was very informative and it just re-affirmed that I want to take The CET course! It would be a privledge to have you as a teacher and mentor, and the fact that we could be changing peoples idea's of dogs and training, just great. Meri(my wife) was impressed with your authenticity, we had assumed that you were like that for the show, but it is great to see that you do not compromise your self and knowledge for the sake of peoples feelings. "You either like me or you don't!"
Thanks
Meri and Kameron

melg,
Check out the pictures on my profile page! It was nice to have another kid there! I left quickly after the seminar cuz it was getting late. We arrived home at 1am.

Glad to see the Fundraiser was a success!

Cody tried Brad\'s strategie and saw immediate results!! He was so proud and happy!
Abby now drops the ball as soon as he tells her to and he has taught his brother.

They love to play ball hockey with her. Makes it alot more fun when she\'s not trying to take off with it.

Big smile on his face when he read Brad\'s message and said cool!! lol
Thanks again Brad!

Michelle,

This is a little off topic, but it does refer to something at the seminar...

I just looked at your pictures on your profile page, and I noticed there were a few that seemed to have orbs in them. Don't know your thoughts on stuff like that, but I've read that orbs could be a ghost captured on film. I only mention this because I noticed some orbs in the pictures I took too. I'll try to post them on my profile page. Creepy...

Michelle
Are you going to share that info about the ball?
I'm not really embarrassed that a couple of kids can do things I can't.

Re:Kitchener Seminar Posted: 5 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 0
The seminar was AMAZING!!!!
The people were great, I learnt a lot and he is so great at answering questions. I asked Brad a question about one of my barking dogs at the seminar and he hit it right on the money!!! I didn't realise it when I was at the seminar but while I was driving home last night a light bulb went off in my head. When I asked Brad about my barking dog he asked me where and when does he bark and then basically told me what to do to for him. What I didn't realise was I didn't tell him the whole story as to when he started this behaviour, he started this behaviour when my puppy broke her leg and was unable to go on walks. Since I wasn't able to bring both dogs with me I stopped walking the other dog as well, hence his behaviour started!!!
It's funny cause I am not bashing other trainers but when my puppy was healed of her broken leg and I got the o.k. from the vet I brought them both for training. I brought the puppy because she hadn't had any training yet, I adopted her and shortly after she broke her leg and I brought my nine year old for training because I needed help with this new behaviour. The trainer knew the whole story but he had different answers, his first answer was my dog is protective of me, then he said my dog was protective of the puppy then his answer was that my dog is just aggressive. I asked him how could he be aggressive, he lets my friends dog come right in the house and eat his food all he does is just look and wait to play. Boy that trainer was wrong and I can't wait for him to see my "aggressive" dog after I work with him for a little while longer and get him back to the way he used to be before I messed him up.
THANKS BRAD for opening my eyes and helping me REMEMBER that I have to work with them EVERYDAY no excuses!!!
I can't wait till you come back again!!!

Re:Kitchener Seminar Posted: 5 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 4
Good Evening,

I attened that the KW seminar but left early.
I will admit watching the show, I have giggled at times when Brad unleashes his "fury" or should I call them quick judegments on people he knows NOTHING about....but being the brunt of that was acutally much harder to deal with then I would have ever thought.
My thoughts go out to every person who has been on the show and been the subject of Brad's INTESNSE criticism.

However, I feel that Brads unique knowlege and understanding of dogs and thier behaviour leads me to tolerate his behaviour.
Something I never thought I would do and given any other cirucmstance would not.

He mentioned that he is the REAL deal and that it's what Reality TV is asking for... but there is a fine line between what is acceptable and unacceptable. I am not saying he crossed it... but it was very close.

Leaving early, I didn't feel I got out of it what I could have but, I am going to take what I learned and apply it to my 3 dogs.... hopefully with sucess.

Will I continue to watch the show yes.... but do I view Brad and his show in a diffent light... definately.

I just wish he could have been a little bit more diplmotatic in his approach to my situation.

Rebecca
(PS... although labled "Lonely" by Brad because of my love of dogs and the need for 3... I am happily married, soical and surrounded by family and friends. I guess some shouldn't be so quick to judge!)
