I just got back from a walk with our (my grandmas terri-poo which i have been looking after. hah sorta adopted in my own way for the time being) dog.. I just want to say im so amazed at how well umbilical works.. not that i ever doubted it, but this is the first real success for me using brads methods.
Since having the dog here i have been using brad methods, we all know them, no bed, no couch, no treats, no cuddles, and im still in the no talking point.. and of course UMBILICAL.. lol.. before i brought her home i was working with her occasional weekends on umbilical getting her (her being jazzy lol) ready for our walk coming up june 14th.
Im so happy today as i just got back from the walk and there was no jumps at all!! no trying to jump on me, or my dad and we walked even a bit farther then we have been.
yay.. thanks lynne and everyone else that has helped me with suggestions, i think the doggy massage before the walk helps a lot too. lets hope it can stay this way for our walk in june!
