Im going as well... Cant wait.. my computer countdown clock isnt moving nearly quick enough. I am thinking of going for a skate and posting flyers in all the chalets for winterlude, trying to fnd the person who would authorize that.. The more promotion the better!!
If you look at the seminar post there are the reasons why. The hotel is not able to accomodate dogs that weekend, as Winterlude ect. ect has the hotel fully booked. Trying to find any venue in the City at this time of year is near impossible, so its great that Brad was able to book an awesome hotel with great, open seminar space to hold this presentation.
There will be a ton of information and learning, and reading the posts following the toronto seminar it looks like its going to be an amazing presentation! Make sure to bring paper, pens and Brad's book to take notes and observations! There will also be Q&A to get information as well.
If you have a chance to go to any of the seminars - GO! I attended the one in Toronto. I had a great time at the seminar and also today with the outdoor training. I'm exhausted! So is my dog. I met lots of neat dogs and their families. Brad's techniques sure out beat the "treat trainers". Thanks Brad for a great weekend.
hi ... i live out in pembroke, but would love to have the opportunity to attend the seminar ... although i just moved out to the ottawa valley from the nwt a few months back - so may even get lost driving in downtown ottawa !!!! ... so we attend ourselves with no dogs, right ??? i have a 10 month old german shepherd that is very very playful - however has zero obedience training. all obedience training here in pembroke is treat based - so i'm not sure how i'm going to deal with that one ... she is currently an outdoor dog, but i plan to introduce her to the house a little at a time. i'm looking for any help i can get - as she is a smartie. she comes from police dog bloodline and is a born tracker - so her nose is to the ground constantly .... makes for an interesting walk down the street !!! .... can't wait to meet everyone .... if anyone has any advice, or shepherd advice .. i'm all ears !!!! mel
