Well guys are 2 weeks are up. YAY!!!! We can talk to the dogs now.

The funny thing is now I'm finding myself talking less to the dogs.

Because of the weather yesterday I was doing more work inside. Well I will say that Bailey and I did get out for our walk on umbilicle but it was tricky. It was just after the freezing rain. Bailey went to pull and when I corrected her she loss her footing but she didn't go down it was almost me. So we were out for just alittle over a half hour. I found even running in the snow was abit slippery. Not to mention while we were out it started to ran heavy so we were soaked when we got home. So while I was in the house I would have here sit by snapping my fingers. Then I would point my finger to the ground and she would lye down. HMM So then put my hand out to have her stay and would walk from the kitchen to the dining room. I would stand there for abit then I tried just patting the side of my leg and she would walk over to me. So I continued this for awhile. Then I was finding when I bent down and opened my arms she would run to me but if I would just pat the side of my leg she would only walk to me. Now to do this outside, that will be the challenge because outside I think there are more interesting things. So I'm still having some progress.

So I was curious. Are you finding that now that we can talk to our dogs. Do you find yourselves talking less to them??
