After your purchase has been put through, and is verified by either of our payment processing companies (PayPal and 2CheckOut), your will be emailed instructions on how to download the book. Remember to save the book to your computer, and not to open the file. The file is compressed with zip compression technology, which should be able to be unzipped (uncompressed) on any computer running Windows XP or Vista, any Mac running OSX10 should be able to open it as well.  If you are running a version of Windows below Windows XP, you may need a unzipping program.
