Prince Albert
During my childhood years, I rode our horses and played with our dogs almost everyday. Many of the dogs my parents had been given where Staffordshire Terriers since thery were so misunderstood and had become bad canine citizens. This taught me very early in life that dogs required structure, rules, patience and hands on praise .
Today I am just as passionate about horses and dogs. I have spent the past 15 years travelling and competing with my horses. I have had great success along the way. I account all this success to my strong leadership skills and inner drive to always want more. A couple years ago while I was recovering from an ACL reconstruction I had "A Light Bulb Moment" that made me realize that I used many of my horse training philosphies and concepts on my dogs. I have always drawn a line in the sand and I either accepted or not accepted the behaviors of my horses or dogs, I never negociated with them! I was so inspired by my light bulb moment that I wanted to work with dogs on a regular basis and help anyone who wanted help with their dogs.
Now my "Tool Box" is over flowing with so many awesome skills, skills I can use to educate dog owners or potential dog owners. Most everyone wants to own a great dog that they are proud of and don't have to hide when company comes over or are to embarrassed to take out in public. Many of us have gotten off track and feel like there is no more options, thus giving up on the dog. With a whole lot of fun and by working together we can get you turned around and on the road to success!
I look so forward to impacting dogs lives by educating their families. A "Well Behaved Canine Best Friend" for life is acheivable and everyone will be envious of your new found relationship with your dog and want to know the key to your success!
